Ohio is no longer in extreme drought, but that doesn鈥檛 mean the damage from the historic drought is repaired.

Neither will Ohio's county commissioners, judges and statewide elected officials, after a proposal to hike their pay stalled in lame duck.

Ohio students who face expulsions for 鈥渋mminent and severe endangerment鈥� would have to undergo psychological assessments prior to being allowed back to school.
